Music Updates

Leah Hartman, Music Program Director

Trey Davis, Choral Director

The month of April will again be full of fabulous music at the church. On April 3, Sabrina King, joined by fellow musicians Alan Berteau and Brian Andrews, will be back with us to provide music for both services.

The choir will sing an arrangement of the classic spiritual Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child on April 10.

On April 17, we are thrilled to have harpist and church member Ginna Paredes play again.

On April 24, flutist Michael Taylor will join us again to play solo flute music for prelude and offertory, and to accompany the choir on the well-known hymn How Can I Keep From Singing.

If you have a special occasion to commemorate or a loved one to acknowledge, consider donating flowers for Sunday services. There are open dates for late spring and summer. You can sign up on Sundays in the fellowship hall.

Start thinking about your favorite hymns now! On the first Sunday of May, we will begin voting on the congregation's favorite hymn, to be sung at the music service on May 22. Make your voice heard!
