In May, the choir will join us on May 6 with an anthem by choral composer Andrea Ramsey based on Psalm 23.

On May 13, the children's choir will have a special performance, and the adult choir will sing The Ground, a favorite of the choir.

April begins with Easter services on April 1. We'll be joined by a string trio, and the choir will sing Vamuvamba, an Easter anthem by Kenyan composer Boniface Mganga, accompanied by Julius Kyakuwa.

On March 11, the choir will present the anthem purchased at the annual auction last year. Our generous donor chose the uplifting song You Will Be Found, from the contemporary Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen.

The adult choir will return on February 4 with an anthem by W.A. Mozart, from his mass known as the Sparrow Mass. The annual blues service will be on February 25, with a blues band made up of church members and friends.

The choir will return on January 14 to participate in the annual Martin Luther King Jr. services, and on January 21 to sing some gospel-inspired music.

    The holiday season is filled with special music at UCBR. On December 3, the children's choir will join us for services, singing O Christmas Tree.

    The choir returns on October 1 to begin the stewardship season with an upbeat anthem called Sing a Jubilant Song

- Music

    Join Willis Delony and Bill Grimes on Sunday, September 3 for the annual jazz service, featuring vocalists of UCBR. The adult choir returns on September 17, and a small ensemble will provide special music on September 24, including a song by The Mountain Goats.

On August 6, the gospel choir returns again for another inspiring service. Led by Marie Flowers, and featuring pianist Ross Hoppe, this music-heavy service is always a great experience.

On July 2, we will be joined by Eric Morel-Ensminger, a professional trumpet player, songwriter, and vocalist whose work was featured at GA in New Orleans in June.

On July 30, cellist Joy Bedillion will return to provide special music during both services.
